Restart a Single Failed Job
You can restart the jobs that have failed due to technical errors. You must have Admin privileges to restart a failed job.
You can restart the failed job only with the below Job Sub Status:
- Email Notification Failed
- Job Report Generation Failure
- Batch Generation Failure
- Backend API Not Available
To restart a single job:
- On the Job History page, identify the job that you want to restart.

Action column of a failed job.
- Click Restart.
- Click Ok to restart the job.
