Who can use the Bulk Data Loader? Both Internal [Parexel/Calyx users] and External users [Non Parexel/Calyx users] can use Bulk Data Loader.
How many ways can the bulk data loader be accessed? You can access Bulk Data Loader in 2 ways:
  • User interface
  • APIs
I have received a Job ID, but the message reads as unsuccessful upload?
  • As you have received a Job ID, you can navigate to 'Dashboard' screen and search for the Job.
  • Check the status of the Job.
  • Now, you can either reupload the file or contact Admin to reprocess the job.
Up to how many records can I load? You can load up to 10MB size of either CSV or Excel file.
I have uploaded a wrong file. How should I stop the file from processing? You can either Abort the Job or restart the Job based on the available actions.
Are the original files available to download? No, you cannot download the original file. You can only download the success records file or failed records file.
How do I know if my file has been failed to process? You will receive an email notification upon either successful or failure of processing the file.
Can I schedule a regular data load? No, currently there is no feature to schedule a regular data load.
